Mission 

It is the mission of Ambleside of Faith Church to provide a “living education”, centered on Christ, where each child is guided and empowered to author a full and free life, a life rich in relationship to God, self, others, ideas, and all of creation. 

Our primary concern is the kind of child each student is becoming, not the mastery of particular data or technique.  We are confident that children who master the art of learning and cultivate meaningful relationships will attain the fullness of life for which they were created. 

Our mission is fulfilled through consistent application of the educational principles of Charlotte Mason (1840-1923), creating an environment that nurtures intellectual curiosity, character development, and a deep love of learning. 

Vision

Ambleside of Faith Church seeks to extend the transformative impact of a living education beyond the classroom, reaching our students, their families, and the wider community.

Our classrooms are peaceful spaces where a love of learning flourishes. Students engage with excellent “living” books and materials in an atmosphere free from manipulation and pride. They are trained in habits that enable them to grow into the persons God created them to be—individuals of character, equipped to form healthy relationships and live well.

At Ambleside of Faith Church, we pursue “living well” by fostering growth in:
